Anyone else cringe hard at Adam singing 'weller weller weller huh, tell me more, tell me more' (summer nights from Grease) to Paul Weller, even after Paul Merton told him not to?
I'm not a fan of Paul Weller at all, but it was still hard to listen to

The original recording of 2010.04.10 skips at 02:04:52 (01:01:07 on the edit) if someone can give me a recording which doesn't skip I will redo the edit.

Unicorn! I already had edited versions. I thought I got them from the LJ but I guess it must have been the wonderful Cosmo.

For the sake of completion, I'd like to put both the long and the edited into Humyo so rather than break protocol with Cosmo, may I use your versions? I am uploading all the Mixtapes at the moment but in the morning I'll put full iPlayer files for these two shows in a folder as well so you can grab the one that skips. Just thinking though - where did you get your original files from? Will my iPlayer version skip too, I wonder?

Oh, I got the full versions from LJ here (everything I get is always from LJ). I couldn't find edited versions anywhere so I just went ahead and did them myself. Just throw me a link to the full 2010.04.10 version when it's up just to remind me to do it

You're more than welcome to use the ones I've done. I'm a bit of a music geek so I try to make my edits as smooth and transparent as possible by beatmixing the fades where possible so they should be worth using.

Noob question here, who or what is Cosmo?

Cosmo is someone who has been diligently editing Adam and Joe shows since as long as I can remember and then puts them on one of those membership torrenty things that I probably shouldn't even mention here because they are for bad people

I get all my shows off iplayer, so it could be that yours skips as well.

More often than not, I use the iPlayer with something called BeebDownloader. ssssh

I just played 2.04.52 of my file & it's in the middle of "Jackson" so I think our files must be different - ah but I don't think I bothered to cut the news off the front so maybe that timing is different on mine. What are they talking about when it skips?

Is the skip where it seems to jump from them talking about the 6Music rock guitar list and then Adam says 'he's right out there now' referring to Paul Wella, wella, wella ? If so that is not skipped in my file and the timing (because I uploaded the completely raw iPlayer file) is more like 2.07.12
