We believe it to be a fake account and not Adam.
They are linking back to this blogpost in their Twitter profile for some reason.

On last week’s BBC 6Music show (Sat 21st March), Adam and Joe pointed out that they didn’t have a Twitter page, and that @adamandjoe was not an official Twitter page for them…
However, during the show Adam set up his own Twitter account over at @adambuxton1 — in the space of 5 days since Saturday Adam has picked up 5,215 followers and updated 33 times. :)
