The nominations for the 2012 Orange British Academy Film Awards were announced earlier this morning and Joe Cornish’s film, Attack the Block is included in the category for the Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer.
We wish him all the luck on February 12th, when the winners are announced.
Adam made a guest appearance on the 6Music, Tom Ravenscroft show last night to read a Christmas story. You can catch it here till the end of the week.
We have confirmation that Adam will bring his BUG Special to the Leicester Comedy Festival again next year. He will present two shows on 15th February 2012 and tickets are available here.
Adam’s BFI BUG shows are around that time too. Tickets will be on sale in January for one show on February 9th & two shows on 16th February 2012.
If you’re Down Under, you can catch Adam at the Sydney Festival on 26th to 29th January 2012. Tickets are selling fast but you’re still in with a chance.

Attack the Block has received nominations from The London Critics’ Circle in the categories of Breakthrough British Film Maker and Young British Performer of the Year. The presentations will take place in London on 19th January 2012.
