BUG SHOWS AND IDLER FESTIVAL, 2023
BEST OF BUG @ JUST FOR LAUGHS, LONDON, MARCH 2nd
Hello. Adam Buxton here. I hope you’re doing well.
I’m doing a Best of BUG show as part of the London Just For Laughs festival this year on Saturday March 2nd at 7pm at the 02’s Indigo venue. Not many tickets left.
For the uninitiated, BUG is a show featuring clips of innovative music videos from recent years with me fooling about in between.
The Just For Laughs show will last just over an hour and will incorporate bits from 2022 BUG shows at the BFI and the Best of BUG shows I did last year in Brighton and at the Bluedot festival.
BUG BOWIE SPECIAL @ BLUEDOT, JULY 30th – 23rd , JODRELL BANK, CHESHIRE
Speaking of Bluedot – I’ll be back there on Sunday July 23rd performing the BUG David Bowie Special (expect my favourite Bowie music videos, related YouTube comments other Zavid fun).
Let’s meet up on Saturday for Pavement.
IDLER FESTIVAL, JULY 7th – 9th , LONDON
I’m excited to be appearing at the Idler festival this year, in Hampstead’s Fenton House and Garden. My show will be on Friday 7th July.
I’ll be reading a few things that I’ve been writing for Ramble Book 2 (and maybe some older bits) and taking the odd question.
I hope to see you at one of the above or perhaps elsewhere in the world. Podcast returns in September. Working on book and music things til then. I’ll try to write again soon. Rosie sends love.
