Adam and Joe show - Dated or of it's Time?

When i watch other 90s comedy shows like the mary whitehouse experance and fist of fun, they are often very dated and sometimes it takes away from the comedy, and can sometimes even make it hard to watch.

But with Adam and Joe it is different. Things like the skit about the internet newsagent are very dated. In fact most of the show is. But for some reason, it is still as funny as it was at the time. There is a charm to watching the A&J stuff, that is not there with many other 90s comedys. Why do you think that is?

Because they're so sexy.

Also, although they do tackle topical and cultural subjects, most of the humour (for me anyway) comes from their general character and personalities. They just have funny bones.

fist of fun is still very funny i'd say, mary whitehouse is extremely dated. The Adam and Joe show although dated is still very enjoyable.
