Who is 'the other guy' in Joes SOTD diary?

A boring request but I was just curious to know who the other chap is that is hanging around with Joe on his video diary on the Shaun of the Dead DVD? Any ideas?

I had a fuzzy memory so I checked. His name is Joel but I don't know what relationship he is to Edgar & Joe. Their names are ticked off when they arrive but I can't clearly see his surname (for good reason, I'm sure).

Who cares? Joe is there! If it wasn't for him getting so much screen time we would get a lot more of Joe! All I can think is how lucky he is to be there with Joe!

I agree that the featurette is easily the best thing on the DVD - classic Dr Sexy.

He might be a relly, I suppose but he wasn't greated in that way by Mr & Mrs Cornish. I only really now about Felix Cornish.

As I recall, he was Joe's next door neighbour. Although, having provided this information, I can't remember where I heard it. I shall have a look for something to corroborate this...

I think it's Joel Stokes or something similar to that.........not sure of the connection.
He says they're both friends of the director but he might be flying on Joe's coat tails
