Glastonbury Shows 2010

It's not too early to start a thread for these shows, is it?

As per the front page of the blog, the Adam and Joe Show returns to 6Music on Friday for two hours at 8pm with two more on Saturday and Sunday. There will be podcasts made from these shows.

Adam said they'd be doing a bit of wandering around the site with little reports like they've done before. We're not sure if those reports will turn up in other people's shows as they did last year or if they'll be contained within the Sunset Shows.

Furthermore, there are late night broadcasts of highlights from last year's Adam and Joe Glasto shows going out over the weekend too.

These links might be helpful through the weekend:-

Full TV & Radio BBC Schedule however, that only seems to start halfway through the 25th. According to the trails, the first live show from Glasto will be Steve Lamacq on Thursday as per this link.

The first 'Best of Adam & Joe at Glasto is at 2am on 25th.

The main Glasto webcam page is here.

Just have a general poke around the Glastonbury BBC microsite as they couldn't be doing more to please the unlucky souls who are unable to be there in person.

I presume several of us will be tweeting and I am guilty of using that option rather than chatting in here. Perhaps we could have an AdamAndJoeDotCom twitter thingy & let it roll on the front page. I wonder if that would work?

If you're not a regular Twitter user, a good source to find other like-minded fools is to check out Dr Roobles' list. You can chat to the original Stephen (are you a member here, Mr Curran?) and our own Chris Salt and AmberGambler. There's always the BBC Blog and they'll probably put some pictures in there too.

I have arranged for an army of small children to throw buckets of cold water over me if I get over excited.

I mean record it, so it can be watched back for people who aren't watching it live :)

aah right sorry.

Is anyone else having trouble watching it though? It keeps stalling (as does 6music on iplayer)...or is it my slow internet?

I had no problems with the webcam stream & audio until the final 30 mins. I think they tried to re-order the comment section on the right-hand side and that coincided with everything going tits up. Had to listen on DAB.

The video stream was proper ace. I'd love to 'see' every Adam and Joe radio show like that
I'd much rather switch on my TV and watch A+J than James Corden... why haven't A+J got their own chatshow?

I'm sorry I never got around to coming in here. I was trying to capture the webstream so I couldn't open any more pages but my connection was dreadful so I haven't got anything useful. If you had a good connection Hobbsy, were you able to capture it?

That said, I think the fellas would be really uncomfy if it went around the net. They got a bit freaked last year and spent the whole of the last show in sunglasses.

It was lovely to have them back. I'm going to bed with the iPlayer now. I know I'll have missed some stuff.
