mp3 to text transcription software?

It would be awesome if we could have a transcription of every Adam and Joe show (so you could easily search for a certain part/joke/anecdote) - but I doubt anybody would be mental enough to step up and volunteer to do it by hand
I'm a massive fan of Pilkipedia and their Wiki - would love to do an A&J equivalent
I've been doing a little Google searching but can't find anything decent for free.
