Once again, I feel sure 6Music would be very willing to see more Big Mixtape but it seems Adam doesn't find it as enjoyable when he's on his own and it's a great deal more work for him both on air and in preparation. I think he does consider it from time to time. Let's see how his other projects pan out.

I can imagine it not being the same for him without Joe. And I can also imagine him wanting to reach out to other projects! I hope they work out for him . But I do want some radio at some point ... Maybe they could do a series of specials again... It's not the same as an extensive run of shows like in the old days, but I fear those days may be gone for good...

At least there is this site to keep the survivors group alive .

This doesn't warrant a new thread and perhaps it belongs in the idiothole section. However, for five weeks starting 18th Feb, Peter Serafinowicz will be covering the 10 - 1 slot at 6Music on a Saturday morning. He's got great taste in music and a lovely line in ridiculous banter.

According to the press release, Peter is doing six weeks. When he was on Shaun Keaveny's show he corrected Shaun to say he was only doing five but he might have been muddled.

I'd only seen that on the BBC website and stupidly had to do a vidcap to get that picture! MUCH easier with a YT link AND I hadn't totally absorbed the fact that it was on the telly too!
